July 2014 Schedule of Open Classes:

I’ll be taking a 2 week yoga-thon in the beginning of the month. All classes including privates and specialty classes will resume after July 12th. Keep practicing and see you on your mat soon!

 

Regular scheduled classes (as of July 13th):

  • Sunday (13th): 10am All-Levels Vinyasa @ Prana

  • Every Monday: 10am All-Levels Vinyasa @ Prana

  • Every Tuesday: 6:30pm Yoga for Strength and Flexibility/Mobility WOD @ CrossFit PAX (free for members! $10 for non-members)

  • Every Wednesday: 4:30pm Hot Vinyasa Express @ Prana

  • Every Thursday: 12pm All-Levels Vinyasa Express @ Prana ($10 Drop In!)

  • Every Thursday: 6:30pm YOMO @ Crofton Crossfit (free for members!)

  • Sunday (20th): 6pm Community Class @ Prana (only $7 – 100% proceeds go to the AYP)
